JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and maintain high-performance standards.
Operational Management: Oversee daily activities like shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accuracy.
Workflow Coordination: Plan and prioritize workloads for team members to meet customer demand and deadlines.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, such as stock discrepancies or logistics bottlenecks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse team lead, supervisor, or in a similar role.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead, delegate, and manage staff.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating with team members and management.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) and proficiency in using warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
