JOB SUMMARY
To function as the primary contact of customers/ dealers through close coordination with relevant Neovia departments and other entities in order to ensure desired results are delivered
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains constant communication with dealers, Neovia departments, and client in order to ensure orders are delivered to customers as per agreed service level agreements
- Handles customer emails by responding within the agreed allotted time
- Manage calls by aiming first – call resolution, otherwise, issues raised are resolved within the agreed specific period
- Utilizes different systems through data entry and relevant information download to ensure updated and accurate data source for client, dealers, and Neovia users.
- Ensures smooth handling of different types of customer orders by processing them from order drop until order delivery confirmation
- Generates reports as required by client or management
- Handles claims raised by customers through investigation and coordination with relevant parties while ensuring applicable policies or standards are adhered to
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or Associate’s Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.
- 1-3 years' relevant experience.
- Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.
- Warehouse experience.
- Logistics experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas.
- Working knowledge of computerized applications (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email).
