JOB SUMMARY

Assists with marketing, sourcing, attracting and hiring hourly talent to meet growth at Neovia sites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute recruitment goals and objectives
  • Execute the activities for posting, advertising and social media to attract candidates, brand Neovia and sustain a talent pipeline recruiting
  • Source passive candidates
  • Search resume databases for ideal candidates
  • Conduct Community Outreach
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers
  • Identify areas of recruiting strategies that need improvement
  • Devise and implement improved recruiting strategies
  • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
  • Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
  • Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
  • Working closely with the HR and Recruiting team to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements online and in print media
  • Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience
  • Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like callbacks, scheduling, dispositioning
  • Assisting candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation
     

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
1+ years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator/Assistant 
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required

Eager and willing to learn the position requirements

Committed to utilizing HR methods
Experience in Employer Branding methods
Familiar with Recruitment Marketing
Competency with various with HR tools, such as ATS, preferably SuccessFactors
Basic competency with general marketing strategies
 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
