Develops and leads the overall talent acquisition strategy for the company, including but not limited to sourcing strategies and tools, reporting, metrics and technology utilization. Oversees the recruitment function for Dallas-based employees and leads, develops and executes a talent acquisition strategy globally. Acts as a strategic consultative business partner for all areas of recruitment, relocation and compliance management. Directs and coordinates pre-hiring activities in compliance with Company philosophy, objectives and legal requirements.

  • Talent Acquisition Planning & Strategy – ensures business alignment, examines workforce plans, requires an understanding of the labor markets, and looks at global considerations. 
  • Workforce Segmentation – requires an understanding of the different workforce segments and positions within these segments, as well as the skills, competencies, and experiences necessary for success.
  • Employment Branding – includes activities that help to uncover, articulate and define a company’s image, organizational culture, key differentiators, reputation, and products and services. Employment branding can help advance the market position of Neovia, attract quality candidates and depict what it is truly like to work for Neovia.
  • Candidate Sources – requires defining and understanding the audiences in which an organization needs to source for specific roles.  Applies different sourcing strategies based on the understanding of the jobs and where the audiences will come from to fill them.
  • Candidate Relationship Management – includes building a positive candidate experience, managing candidate communities, and maintaining relationships for those candidates not selected.
  • Assessment & Selection – includes maintaining robust processes to effectively assess and select the best candidates.
  • Metrics & Analytics – Continuous tracking and use of key metrics to drive continuous improvement, measure impact on the business, and to make better recruitment decisions, to ultimately improve the quality of hire and retention.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resources, plus 10 years of human resources experience, primarily in the area of recruitment/talent acquisition. Global experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in leading edge recruitment strategies and techniques – including social media, targeted networking and recruiting process design.
  • Experience in identifying creative recruiting strategies to source passive candidates.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects effectively.
  • Must be customer focused, adaptable and have strong follow up and organizational skills.
  • Requires a consultative approach and a talent advisor mindset.
Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
