Title:  Inventory Management Analyst II

JOB SUMMARY

Inventory Management Analyst II will provide parts availability and inventory support.  Run day-to-day client operations and execute projects.  Provide clients an objective level of customer services at a minimal investment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support client IM solutions including forecasting and replenishment.
• Monitors, generates and interprets results of reports necessary to supporting clients.
• Improves IM processes, service levels, and inventory performance.
• Produce detailed analysis with organized conclusions for presentation.
• Communicates value of service to clients.
• Executing and developing work instructions.
• New client implementations.
• Train, mentor and support less experienced analysts              .
• Ability to provide IM guidance to other functional areas (Ops, IT, etc…).
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in a closely related field
• 2-5 years’ relevant experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time
• Client implementation, client facing experience
• 6 Sigma or other continuous improvement experience
