Title:  Inventory Accuracy Specialist



Leads onsite Inventory Accuracy and Control (IAC) activities for new business start-ups, to include training local staff, installing IAC best practices and controls, evaluating end to end processes and reviewing the internal IA staff functions.  
Supports challenged facilities and special projects.
Follows up on concerns and non-conformances reported from the audits.
Identifies facilities with inventory health gaps and performance issues, evaluating the risk using cause and effect.
Coordinates Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) with local leadership and onsite teams.
Ensures that responsibilities are established for comprehensive inventory accuracy reporting.
Protects against preventable Neovia financial risk and loss of the client’s assets.


  • Supports onsite regional start-ups.
  • Identifies potential inventory accuracy issues by analyzing metrics, conducting interviews with onsite staff and reviewing the findings of audits.  
  • Works directly with facility management personnel to agree the scope of remediation activities.
  • Develops and confirms project support plans with onsite leadership and IAC management.
  • Develops reporting cadence for facilities with reporting gaps.
  • Provides progress and status feedback to IAC Management and other personnel as required.
  • Works with IAC global team members to develop standardized reporting and templates.
  • Develops working relationship with other regional IAC counterparts.
  • Provides input to Global IAC meetings and initiatives.
  • Provides NICA installation support.
  • Trains local staff on IAC controls and best practice routines.
  • Submits ideas for the continuous improvement of IAC tools and practices. 
  • Provides cover during holidays and absence.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with all levels of personnel.
  • Provides input to IAC innovation and R&D
  • Conducts controls and compliance audits where required.


  • Bachelors Degree with 2 years or equivalent 5 plus years project execution or consultancy experience preferably in a logistics environment.
  • Strong Team Player, positive attitude.
  • Continuous improvement and problem resolution experience.
  • Analysis experience, ability to understand and interpret metrics and results.
  • Strong communication both verbal and written.  Ability to communicate confidently with all levels up to VP.
  • Excellent time management and personal organisation.
  • Ability to write professional reports.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Prepared to travel at short notice.
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision when required.
  • Valid Passport.
  • Valid US Driver’s License.
  • Operations experience.
  • Presentation experience.
  • Continuous Improvement experience.
  • Must be flexible with working hours to fit in with local requirements.  This may include weekends and any shift patterns.  
  • Travel may be in excess of 50% across the US sites, often for extended periods (some global travel may be necessary).

Additional desired experience/qualifications:

  • Six sigma Greenbelt / Blackbelt.
  • Auditor experience
  • Understanding of Operating Systems (NOS or other).
  • WMS user knowledge, SAP / other.
  • MS Access experience.
  • SAS experience.



  • Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
