Title:  IT Support Associate Field Services_Shift_1



The IT Field Services (ITFS) global team is responsible for ensuring Neovia’s technical infrastructure is continuously available and reliable for the business across 100+ global facilities. The ITFS Support Associate collaborates with end users, business, and IT leadership to ensure proper system performance and availability.

The ITFS Support Associate will support the existing global IT Field Services team with their daily responsibilities.  They may also support alongside other teams within the IT Department.


  • Provide hands on IT technical support to the US corporate office. 
  • Support the existing ITFS team with management of daily incident and service requests within the ticketing process. 
  • Provide in person and remote support. 
  • Assist with troubleshooting and remediation of wired and wireless LAN issues. 
  • Support with installation of new IT hardware. 
  • Support all infrastructure technologies installed within the facilities, including but not limited to: 
    • PCs, thin clients, laptops, tablets, laser/multi-function printers, label printers, RF scanners, etc. 
  • IMACS (installations/moves/adds/changes). 
  • Continuously look to improve and evolve the operation of deployed IT solutions. 
  • Follow the Change Management process and controls to minimize the risk of service disruptions. 
  • Maintain asset inventory of all endpoints, software, and software licenses. 
  • Develop good working relationships with on site management to act as Business Analyst and provide feedback from the business to IT regarding technology needs. 
  • Decommissioning / disposal of IT equipment, when necessary.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 1 year experience preferred but not required
  • Organized, confident, outgoing with the ability to work independently with a high degree of effectiveness. 
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral. 
  • A solid team player with an approach to knowledge sharing. 
  • Follow established processes and procedures; assist in refining existing and developing new processes and procedures.
  • PC troubleshooting and technical skills including Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010-16/365. 
  • Experienced in MS Office productivity software for use performing job function.
  • Keeps current with latest technologies.
  • Keen understanding and willingness to develop IT knowledge and skillsets.


  • Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
