JOB SUMMARY

Manages budgeting, analysis and reporting particularly for cash-flow and three-statement models, cost management and controlling, budgeting, finance and audit in order to fill the financial needs of the firm, protect its assets and ensure global compliancy of all those sub-functions across countries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts monthly analyses of balance sheet and cash metrics including variance explanations and identification of risks and opportunities. Manages cash forecasting, including all aspects of reporting for cash.
  • Drives the direction of monthly and quarterly three-statement modeling, cashflow, capital structure and covenant reporting recommendations to management and financial sponsors
  • Responsible for rebuilding of the heritage three statement model, executive and sponsor reporting which includes but not limited to overseeing the month-end close, preparation of decks, preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts for assigned area.
  • Manages the financial system, ensuing maximum productivity and that it meets the needs of the business today and the future.
  • Oversees the continuous improvement of Financial Processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output.
  • Develops and oversees finance policies and procedures to meet both current and future business models for assigned area
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to meet critical deadlines, ability to communicate financial metrics across the financial statements and make executive ready communications
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent through experience
  • CPA with Big 4 experience a plus
  • Must have a minimum of 8 years of financial experience, including 3-5 years in treasury, FP&A, Investment-Banking or Private equity functions
  • Demonstrated advanced critical thinking skills and expertise in MS Excel
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with senior level management without supervision
  • Influence and navigate cross-functional teams to accomplish goals 
  • Identify and lead process improvements across cross-functional processes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and coach junior team members
  • SAPBPC experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
     
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
