The Corporate Sales Recruiter will ensure a positive client and candidate experience while responsible to identify, select and hire the “Best in Class” talent.  This results-driven position will work within a small team and aligned to support our Commercial business to include Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Engineering to establish and maintain key relationships providing hiring planning, processes, and talent acquisition strategies to deliver against corporate objectives and build a pipeline for talent globally.

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting including; research, requisition management, applicant screening, offer negotiations, offer management and closing, specifically focused on commercial sales, sales solutioning, business development and sales engineering positions.
  • Develop and execute on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of talent for internal and external hiring
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs and outsourced partners to deliver and execute talent acquisition plans
  • Contributes to diversity objectives by developing a broad recruitment strategy across social media, direct sourcing and employee referrals
  • Follow a consistent process and best practices utilizing tools, resources and project management skills, to deliver quality talent in a timely matter to build trust and dependability with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of US legal and compliance laws related to hiring and employment
  • Expertise sourcing and recruiting outside the US to include EMEA, APAC, & LATAM
  • Partnering with VP Talent Acquisition, provide expertise and consultation on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation and negotiation strategies 
  • Expand brand awareness and talent engagement through social media, direct sourcing, networking and referrals to include passive candidates
  • Be a team player with a partnership mindset
  • Provide value and collaborative ideas for continuous process improvement
  • Effectively represent and market the Neovia employment brand, objectives and career options to potential candidates 
  • Deliver the best candidate experience by differentiating, communicating and leveraging Neovia’s employee value proposition to attract quality talent
  • Support Talent Acquisition hiring events onsite or offsite as needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 10+ years recruitment or equivalent experience either in-house and/or agency supporting Sales, Sales Solutions, Business Development and Sales Engineering, with 5 years of dedicated sales recruitment preferably with experience in logistics and supply chain sales recruitment.
  • Proven ability to source and qualify a wide variety of functional skills in commercial sales roles, business development and engineering preferably within logistics, 3PL Contract Logistics.
  • Proven ability to source and build a pipeline of talent with various tools and resources from low cost direct channels
  • Proven ability to develop manage relationships at every level in the organization
  • Ability to manage and drive projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility working in ambiguous situations 
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Excellent ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with a variety of sourcing tools to include job boards and social media
  • Experience with ATS Systems, prefer experience with SuccessFactors
Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
