Business Analysis Manager

Responsible for the development and implementation of processes used to identify and gather business intelligence around market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Develops and deploys the Neovia Commercial System, performs analysis, governs processes (including SureStart), disseminates reports/presentations, and recommends action items to the Global Commercial organization.  Measured through overall Commercial KPIs: revenue, hit rate, and quality of pipeline.

  • Guides a team of planning professionals in the development, preparation, production, and presentation of the organization’s Commercial approach to assist in delivering new business growth for Neovia.
  • Champions the development and deployment of the Neovia Commercial System from an operational, cultural and management standpoint designed to pursue order, drive delivery excellence, surpass growth targets, and maximize value for our customers.
  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of processes used to identify and gather business intelligence around market trends, competitive threats, growth opportunities, and internal performance in order to establish strategic and tactical solutions for the broader organization.
  • Create and develop functional requirements of reporting systems including Salesforce.com (Lanetix) and other secondary data collection methods.
  • Provides and manages the design, development, and implementation of complex sales analyses and comparative reports.
  • Coordinates the organization’s strategy through the use of processes and structure around strategy and governance of Commercial activities, including SureStart.
  • Play a key role as a thought partner, strategic leader, and internal consultant to business unit stakeholders and executive team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, ideally in Supply Chain or related disciplines.
  • MBA preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask.
  • Good verbal and written communication along with presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Goal and team driven and a good motivator/people manager to ensure that set targets are realized
  • Highly skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong analytical and evaluative skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
  • Must have advanced skills in Customer Relationship Manager tools
  • Displays a positive attitude and demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
