Hours: 9AM-5PM

Overtime: As required based on business needs

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keep the facility running smoothly by handling repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance.
  • Be the go‑to for facility maintenance like painting, patching, power washing, landscaping, and general upkeep.
  • Maintain and support Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), conveyors, and other equipment.
  • Help prevent downtime by spotting issues early and communicating repair needs to Operations.Monitor safety systems and help keep the workplace clean, safe, and compliant.
  • Take ownership, stay flexible, and help keep things moving — no two days are the same.

What You Bring

    • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or similar fast‑moving environment.
    • Comfort working with preventive maintenance programs — you’d rather prevent problems than chase them.
    • Confidence using digital tools (CMMS, tablets, work‑order systems, or apps) to track work and communicate updates.
    • A safety‑first mindset — you look out for yourself, your teammates, and the operation.
    • Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak up when something needs attention.
    • The ability to stay organized, prioritize on the fly, and keep cool when things get busy.

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • Experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
    • Hands‑on experience with conveyors, material‑handling systems, or Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs).
    • A knack for troubleshooting — mechanical, electrical, or general facility issues.
    • Experience working with vendors or contractors.
    • Interest in mentoring or supporting other maintenance team members.
    • A mindset focused on continuous improvement — always looking for a better, smarter way to do things.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work requires moderate muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as frequently climbing or, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weight up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
