JOB SUMMARY
Performs the office clerical, administrative, key entry work, payroll processing, spreadsheet analysis and ordering of materials, equipment and supplies. May coordinate inspection/quality requests. Communicates with vendor and client personnel to assure proper completion of work assignments. Performs related and/or specialized clerical duties and resolves discrepancies as required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate and lead the administrative office functions.
- Demonstrate and lead work from a variety of source documents to verify accuracy of work.
- Demonstrate and lead the uses of office automation tools and software.
- Demonstrate and lead the proper communication required to service clients’ needs and requests.
- Demonstrate and lead the performance of specialized clerical, and documentation duties.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
- Administrative experience
- Warehouse experience.
- Logistics experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
