Title: Inbound Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
Supervise facility operations, including policy development, daily management, and resource planning to meet business goals. Lead inbound warehouse functions, ensuring efficient receiving, inventory accuracy, and team performance while driving process improvements andsafety compliance.
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 AM to 2 PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage inbound operations to ensure alignment with company strategies, policies, and performance goals.
- Oversee the procurement and replenishment of materials and equipment, ensuring uninterrupted supply while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Supervise daily inbound logistics activities, including receiving, handling, and distribution, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality.
- Provide strong leadership to the inbound team by setting expectations, coaching employees, and fostering a high-performance, safety-focused work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development and training initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (procurement, inventory, and customer operations) to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support client operations by proactively resolving issues and continuously improving processes to meet customer expectations.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Currently works in an operation with many variables and multishift or process area responsibility, and has substantial responsibility with no or very limited ongoing direct supervision OR
- Has 5+ years of experience and a track record of performance with demonstrated proficiency and ability to deliver results.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to read/write and interpret documents
Preferred:
- College degree preferred.
- Warehouse experience.
- Logistics experience.
- Six Sigma experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
- Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
- Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
