JOB SUMMARY

Coordinate, and/or lead support clerical staff in administrative work, telecommunications, word processing, and the filing of reports.  Ensure the quality of work is high, while maintaining communication with all departments.  Communicate with customers both internal and external, and maintain privacy standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and/or lead space and office organization; purchase and manage supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and/or lead office and/or departmental operations as needed.
  • Coordinate and/or assist in the preparations of budgets; maintain records and databases.
  • Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests as needed.
  • Coordinate and/or assist with accounting functions for the facility.
  • Coordinate and/or assist with Hazmat documentation and employee training.
  • Coordinate and/or assist with IT (Information Technology) related issues.
  • Coordinate and/or lead clerical support staff.
  • Coordinate and/or lead in other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years’ relevant experience.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Warehouse experience.
  • Logistics experience.
  • Six Sigma experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
