Responsible for leading daily quality control, auditing, pallet consolidation, and warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Rate: $26

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee the auditing and consolidation of pallets to ensure all shipments meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate and lead material handling and warehousing functions related to receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Verify quantities, part numbers, destinations, and shipment timing by reviewing and working from a variety of source documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all quality control and inventory-related activities.
  • Demonstrate and lead the proper use of warehouse equipment and machines used for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging materials.
  • Demonstrate and enforce the safe operation, routine servicing, and proper use of mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment within the facility.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Perform and oversee specialized clerical and documentation duties, including inventory records, shipment documentation, and audit reports.T

  • Monitor workflow and provide direction to ensure daily operational objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding operational issues, priorities, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, quality control, or inventory management experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies during audits and pallet consolidation.
  • Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, inventory records, and operational reports.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment and material handling machinery.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
  • Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
  • Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
  • Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
