Title:  Solutions Design Applications Architect

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and support of WMS, LMS, WCS software systems, with a focus on driving efficiency for the company at each operation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define business requirements and specifications for WMS software projects
• Drive implementation and configuration of WMS solutions with our partners to meet customer needs and expectations to meet operational and implementation KPIs
• Optimize warehouse productivity, space utilization, and employee engagement using WMS/LMS/WCS functionalities
• Coordinate software testing, training, and maintenance for new and existing customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside partners to integrate WMS with other systems and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WMS software and functionality
• Keep implementation partners and vendors accountable to deliver
• Define the quick implementation template and be the leader to launch WMS in quick time for small to medium customer sites
• Document and update standard operating procedures and best practices
• Provide application support and guidance to WMS users and stakeholders
• Drive adoption of AI and ML through IT partnership and collaboration
• Lead the transition of application transformation at Neovia

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or in related field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 7 years of System Architecture Design experience
• At least 7 years of Design in Warehouse Environment
• At least 5 years of client-facing experience, working closely with business teams and customers.
• Extensive experience in WMS, WCS/LMS Integration
• Strong understanding of 3PL warehouse operations and logistics
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Able to work as part of a team
