We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate Senior - Shift 1 to support warehouse operations through the efficient receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials, equipment, and supplies. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining material flow, and supporting logistics and supply chain functions to meet business requirements with minimal delay.
The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse experience, a commitment to safety and accuracy, and demonstrated experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, store, move, and ship parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist with logistics, supply chain, material management, and distribution activities to support operational goals.
- Verify quantities, part numbers, destinations, and shipment timelines using various source documents and inventory systems.
- Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, inventory audits, variance investigations, and inventory reconciliations.
- Accurately maintain inventory records and identify discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery used for weighing, banding, wrapping, packaging, and material movement.
- Safely operate and perform routine servicing of mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment within the warehouse environment.
- Complete specialized clerical and documentation duties related to receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse operations experience.
- Logistics or supply chain experience.
- Experience with inventory control processes.
- Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Inventory reconciliation experience and the ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
- Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
- Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
