Responsibilities:
•    Handle and process material for shipping and receiving
•    Use source documents to verify quantities, parts, destination, and timing
•    Use equipment for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging
•    Safely operate motorized and/or electrical equipment
•    Occasionally assist with clerical and documentation duties

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    1+ year of relevant experience
•    Basic mathematical skills
•    Ability to read/write and interpret documents
•    Sit-down forklift experience preferred.

Summary:
Ensures that shipment or receipt of goods to and/or from various locations is accomplished. Demonstrates and leads with a sound knowledge of logistics and supply chain, materials management, and distribution/transportation processes and policies to meet the business requirements.

Responsibilities:
•    Demonstrates and leads the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
•    Demonstrates and leads work from a variety of source documents to verify quantities, parts, destinations, and timing.
•    Demonstrates and leads the uses of machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging
•    Demonstrates and leads the use, safe operation, and servicing of mechanical, motorized, and/or electrical equipment in the facility’s work environment
•    Demonstrates and leads the performance of specialized clerical and documentation duties
•    Demonstrates and leads in other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
•    1-3 years relevant experience
•    Basic mathematical skills
•    Ability to read/write and interpret documents
•    Warehouse experience preferred
•    Logistics experience preferred

Job title: Customer Service Associate

Summary:
Interacts with customers; gives information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services.

Responsibilities:
•    Takes care and settles customer complaints and special orders
•    Answers customers’ questions regarding product or service and operations or maintenance
•    Receives and processes orders provide information concerning pricing, changes in service, nature of products and services is at a level of complexity that usually involves up to two years
•    Talks with customers by phone to ensure the best service possible
•    Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services
•    Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records
•    Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered
•    Refers complaints of product or service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or the equivalent
•    1 year of experience and working knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain management as well as Inbound and Outbound warehouse processes
•    Ability to work independently on multiple threads of work, possess strong analytical skills, and be highly organized
•    Must have a strong customer focus and be self-motivated
•    Able to perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint

•    Manage, plan, or coordinate the purchasing of materials and equipment to ensure an uninterrupted supply at optimal cost. 
•    Manage, plan, or coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products. Manage, plan, or coordinate the support for a client’s operation and optimize costs. 
•    Manage, plan, or coordinate subordinate staff, reviews, and assesses performance supports their professional development to optimize their contribution. 
•    Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred) 
•    3-5 years’ relevant experience with operations, warehouse, and logistics experience 
•    Preferred: Six Sigma experience
