JOB SUMMARY

The Inventory Accuracy Consultant will provide expert leadership and guidance.  Support Sure Start launch processes for new IAC business opportunities in each vertical globally, to protect Neovia assets and maintain lean supply chains.  Plan and execute IAC inventory accuracy improvement projects for new and troubled facilities to mitigate Neovia liability utilizing Six Sigma methodology. Provide leadership for facility teams, complex projects, and new client implementations. Leads new and existing business takeovers, transfers, facility assessments, inventory studies, and implementations of IAC tools.  Implement IAC projects on-time, within budget, per scope, and with superior quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong understanding of IAC concepts, extensive technical skills and defining processes for effective implementation of IAC services while coaching and mentoring others to ensure quality of work.
  • Superior leadership accountable for project teams, informal groups, and technical issues with accountability for the teams results.
  • Superior leadership for client IAC solutions and implementations.
  • Strong in quantitative techniques and processes including statistical test counts, root cause analysis, and SMART audits.
  • Expertise in communication with internal and external customers from multi-functional areas.
  • Good in communication with external auditors to ensure all processes are deemed compliant.
  • Strong with complex and projects and analysis while prioritizing assignments, distributing workload, and managing resources to produce detailed analysis with organized conclusions for presentation.
  • Expertise in training IAC processes to internal and external staff and management.
  • Strong ability to assist with development and implementation of core IAC solutions.
  • Expertise in cross-functional supply chain knowledge with the ability to provide overall supply chain guidance to other functional areas (Ops, Solutions, PMO, etc.).
  • Able to development cost models for IAC services to existing and potential clients. 
  • Strong skills for client supply chain analysis to develop propositions for IAC solutions through detailed data analysis.
  • Lead multiple projects and develop cost models for existing business with ability to present to wide range of business professionals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in a closely related field
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience
  • Experience with multiple WM systems
  • Client implementation, client facing experience
  • Project management / 6 Sigma knowledge of inventory supply chain processes
  • Proven leader
  • Must be willing to travel 50-75%
  • Advanced degree from an accredited University in a closely related field desired
  • Experience with SAP, Red Prairie, CLSS or other warehouse management systems

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
