  • Has oversight and responsibility for the development and implementation of Corporate policies and procedures, Employee Relations protocol, and aligning HR services with the needs of assigned business units/clients.
  • Providing strategic advice and counsel to leadership on HR issues and strategy execution, with an emphasis on retention, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management are also primary responsibilities.

  • As a key partners to the respective department heads, understands and prioritizes strategic and tactical HR needs.
  • Collaborates with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and client groups to implement and measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Identifies and recommends continuous improvement opportunities. 
  • Operates as a fully contributing member of assigned client groups as a strategist, consultant, team player, and partner. Ensures initiatives are aligned with Neovia’s Organizational (People & Culture) priorities.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of assigned client groups’ metrics and drivers by presenting the financial and/or operational advantage (ROI) of HR strategies and programs.
  • Identifies, anticipates, and communicates client groups’ HR needs and serves as primary partner during implementations of HR-related initiatives.
  • Develops, implements, and manages global, local, and/or regional HR practitioner policies and programs, when assigned. Serve as subject-matter-expert (SME) on programs implemented.

Serves as the primary HRBP liaison between:

  1. Corporate HQ and Operations HRBPs on HR initiatives, when applicable.
  2. Client groups and HR to ensure that HR programs are aligned with client groups’ needs.


  • Coaches business leaders on leading and managing their organizations effectively with a high level of employee engagement.
  • Conducts workplace investigations for assigned client groups, and for other areas as assigned.
  • Provides guidance and support to employees and management on a variety of employee relations matters to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provides reliable and timely guidance and advice to employees and management on employee relations matters while adhering to policies, procedures, and employment laws. May oversee the work of junior level HR staff.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of corporate policies and serves as SME relative to HR’s full-cycle employee relations (ER) programs.  ER focus: program design, enterprise training, exit interview protocol, metrics, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service and tangible outputs. Rely on industry standards, best practices, and qualitative & quantitative data to support and/or refine methodologies.
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned, including overnight and potential international travel.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience required. MBA or Masters in HR, Organizational Development or related field is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR Management.
  • At least 7 years of HR Business Partner experience with a preferred emphasis in supporting Corporate HQ client groups.
  • An active Human Resources certification (e.g., S/PHR (Senior/Professional in Human Resources) is preferred.
  • Experience as an HRBP working alongside an HR COE operating model.
  • Experience as an HRBP in a global environment is preferred.
  • Experience leading a team of HR staff is preferred.
  • Experience coaching business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with HR program design, implementation, and management, especially in the areas of corporate policies and employee relations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting C-Suite / Executive Vice President Clients.

Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of extremely sensitive data at all times.
  • Must have strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, have exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and pay specific attention to details.
